Bad Apples In Every Profession
In today's online edition of the Daily Times you can read about a Delaware County Deputy Sheriff who was arrested after being charged with threatening his estranged wife and her 9-year-old son with a gun. The Deputy, Martin Hineman, was arrested at a local Wawa after a brief manhunt. Thank God no one was hurt, unlike what happened to these people out in Wisconsin.
Bottom line? Everyone has the ability to snap. Even those who carry guns in their profession. To the anti gun people I say: What do you do about this?

Simple thing mind you. Be like England. NO guns for anybody but the government and thugs!Both in the same boat mind you!
THIS IS MY HUSBAND AND FAMILY AND BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH NOBODY SNAPPED BUT THE POLICE INVOLVED. THE SITUATION NEVER HAPPENED AND NOONE WOULD LISTEN TO BE. HE WAS NEVER ARMED AND NOT IN MY HOME WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR TO THE POLICE. I TOLD THEM TO SEARCH MY HOUSE AND THAT THERE WAS NOT A DOMESTIC ISSUE AND THEY IGNORED ME AND CREATED A 3 HOUR STAND OFF WITH ME AND MY SON IN BARELY ANY CLOTHES IN THE POURING RAIN. HE IS INNOCENT AND THE COPS ARE TRYING TO COVER THE FACT THAT THEY NEVER SAW HIM. MY SON HAS MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL ISSUES AND THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE HIM TAKE THE STAND AGAINST THE MAN HE CALLS HIS FATHER. I TRIED LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER TO HAVE MY PFA REMOVED SINCE MY HUSBAND'S ERRATIC BEHAVOR IS DUE TO HIS STAGE 3 LYME'S DISEASE AND THEY REFUSED. IN MY PFA I FILED IT ALL HAD TO DUE WITH HIS MENTAL STATE THERE WAS NEVER ANY PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. SO MAYBE SOMEONE COULD HELP US INSTEAD OF CRUCIFING HIM BECAUSE THE WHOLE THING IS BASED ON LIES. ALL OF OUR CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN BROKEN HERE AND IT IS ALL POLITICAL BECAUSE OF THE DEPUTY IN WISCONSIN DUE TO ELECTIONS COMING UP

Yes we have 2 lawyers 1 county and 1 phila and fact is the county lawyer keeps saying it is all political. Michael Chitwood the commissioner in upper darby said it right in the paper a couple weeks ago regarding the girl that killed her baby. He said there are 2 types of law here. the real law, and the law of delaware county. we know they do not have a case, but they will not drop it since then they have to admit to the excessive behavior. it is just going to be months of court hearings already have had 5. the bail judge put a order that we can have no contact at all. why i do not know the PFA never said that. so I have a 9 yr old and a 6 month old who do not get to see their father for the holidays. specially since it's the baby's first. justice is real fair!!!!

that whole story sounds a little strange.if police heard screaming and a woman pleading ,and you already had a pfa you should be thankful that they were there to protect you.just imagine what would have happened if you were injured or god forbid killed,your nine year old would be left to pick up the piece of his life.and im sure your family would be crying foul and filing a lawsuit because you had a pfa and you were not protected.if you didnt want assistance from authorities then you should have never filed for a pfa to begin with no matter if it were for mental issues or whatever.if there were no altercationthat night ,why was your child awake at 3 am and your tv smashed in your bedroom.why was your husband on foot at wawa instead of driving.the police im sure were not wanting to have a stake out at 3 am.this story is full of holes and sounds like a typical abused wife scenario.get a clue sister,worry about what this is doing to your child instead of worrying about some guy.

Maybe you should get a clue. It's well known that TVs can spontaneously explode at 3am. Also since he was not in the house when the police arrived, I'm sure he took it upon himself to to get a little exercise and jog to the local Wawa and call his Mom at 3am. As a matter of fact just last week I called my Mom at 3am just to let her know that my TV didn't explode and I was OK.
Upon closing, I have one more thing say, Anonymous if you're so high and mighty why don't you have some guts and leave your real name???

IF YOUR ORIGINAL RESTRAINING ORDER WAS FOR MENTAL ISSUES WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW THERE TO BE SO MANY WEAPONS IN YOUR HOME WITH YOUR CHILDREN?KUDOS TO THE POLICE DEPT WHO PROTECTED YOU THAT EVENING,I FEEL ITS MUCH SAFER TO STAND IN THE RAIN FOR THREE HOURS THAN TO ALLOW CHILDREN IN A HOME WITH SO MANY GUNS.YOU SHOULD BE THANKING THEM NOT BASHING THEM.
